The time I almost died in the shower...

How this happen, no one will know...

Ok, I know how and once I explain a little, you will too.

So this morning as I'm singing at the top of my lungs in the shower taking a shower, I grab the soap and start loofahing. Is that a word? Didn't think so. Then again, it may be. Anyway, as I wash my neck, I go to move the loofah and it starts to tug my ear.

What the heck?! Holy bejesus, my loofah is stuck on my earring.

STUCK!!!!

And did I mention that I was home alone. Well, yeah. So no one to help me. Do I call Beau to see if he can come home to help?

{Then again I probably wouldn't have called Beau for help}
{That would equal at least 1.5 days of being made fun of}

I try to untangle it but I feel like it's getting worse.

Pure panic sets in. Panic as in - getting ready to get out of the shower and call my mommy - panic.

One word: BLONDE

Dear Sarah, have you seen what a loofah is made out of?! It finally dawns on me that as long as I hold my earring, I can probably just pull the loofah and break the little threads holding it on. Sure enough, ripped right off.

Disaster averted!

Hope you all have a great weekend! While you're enjoying your Saturday, please think of me since my butt will be at job #1 from 6am to 9am then job #2 from 1pm to 5pm.

Oh, that's right ladies, I got a second job. Nothing much -- just at a local store. I needed more time out of the house and what better way then a place where I can socialize and make money to pay for the wedding! I started on Thursday and worked Friday as well... so far, it's great. And 95% of my coworkers are awesome. Win!

  3. After I had my nose pierced for like 5 seconds (ok, maybe it was about 2 weeks, still) I went to wash my face like I always do. I swear, I ripped my nostril off when the washcloth caught my nose ring and pulled it out! And I screamed because it hurt like you know what. So hubs comes running in to the bathroom and everyone else is standing just outside the room asking if I'm ok. Yeah, it was slightly embarrassing. And, if that wasn't enough, I had to put the darn thing back in...not so fun. Needless to say, I totally understand your pain!
